where do i go to pick up someones poroprty and what are the hour for picking up the property?

The inmate has to fill out a request to have you pick up his/her property in the jail and have it signed by the captain, once the capt returns it to him/her, then it should be mailed to you (they can buy envolopes/stamps through commisary) and the information should be on the form for you to take that form downtown with your ID to claim his/her property. I don't know the hours, but I picked up some property in the evening at around 7 p.m., so they have late hours.
